A refurbishment of one of the floors of the Office Block `City Exchange` in central Leeds.

Landsecurities, who own the building wanted to inhabit the a high level floor so that it will function as a dual working space + Marketing Suite for the current Trinity development for Leeds shopping centre.

The theme of the refurbishment was to harness key elements of the space as required by the brief with the `Living wall`:

This is a device that is undulating and organic in nature, beginning at framing the entrance area, and winding its way through the office space, harnessing various elements,
such as the reception desk, dividing public and private areas, creating informal meeting areas and providing a backdrop and servery to the Marketing Suite.

When it is not being directly utilised, it winds it way at high level, maintaining its connectivity and presence with the space, interacting but not interfering.
