My proposal for Imereti region villages of Georgia aims to create a new, but traditional, even habitual environment. Interrelations between a site and a house itself is very traditional, with typical for western georgian villages ritualized process of entering a yard and a house. Connection of two spaces – front- and backyards by through passage-is also very usual. Ornaments used in shading devices create interesting feature of a house - traditional and modern as well.
Dwelling of this kind is rarely discussed by professional print or e-press, so this makes
it interesting to introduce it to the international architectural community.
