Located in Aydin, a city close to Izmir, the project has been designed with the concept of a small village.
The project aim was to create a lively and cosy atmosphere with its urban fabric. Architecturally inspired by the local architecture and textures of the city and the region, the buildings stands together to bring the visitors from a commercial context to a meeting point for the city with a structure of squares and streets.
The open parking and the project is organised with orange and tangerine trees one of the symbols of the region. The landscape is a very important forces of the complex as its streets and squares take their names from several different plants such as tangerine, olive, jasmine, begonvil...
The open concept project includes shops, hypermarket, restaurants and cafes ad cinemas and a open parking.
