Bound together by fire and a passion for good meat, this project celebrates the unity of friends around the grill, paying tribute to a shared history, to the origin of a gastronomic society.
The first encounter with the space is a smoky atmosphere where as you delve deeper, the project begins to reveal a series of wooden structures to accentuate different areas, creating a relaxed atmosphere that welcomes you with raw materials, the heat of the grills, and subtle lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere.
With a space of just over 300 square meters, different environments were created to delimit the space and optimize its use, where the grill area, unlike usual, is located in view of everyone, suggesting a space for socializing where diners can chat, enjoy the process, choose their pieces, and taste a substantial sensory delight.
A simple facade covered in poles and a large, weathered steel door, Origen welcomes you to what aims to be a space to create community among lovers of fire, grills, and well-cooked meat, a very versatile place to socialize with family, friends, or partners.
The space also has the possibility of opening up to a perimeter terrace that increases its capacity, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior, creating a completely different environment bathed in natural light. A lattice of poles suspended from the ceiling crowns the restaurant's tables and steals the spotlight, giving the impression of a fire that begins to be consumed by the flames, a ring of light that enhances the ritual of grilling, a ceremony to share. Likewise, as a nod to the first fires, a set of metal frames filled with logs permeates the space with an aroma that takes us back to olden times, to the most basic, to the origin of primitive processes.
The design of Origen is not only intended to be visually appealing, but it also focuses on functionality and practicality. The layout of the space is carefully designed to optimize the workflow of the staff, ensuring that the food is delivered in a timely and efficient manner without compromising on the quality of the dishes.
Origen is not just a restaurant but a place where people can come together to learn about the art of grilling, A Celebrates a passion for meat and grilled cuisine, seeking to build a community of fire and gastronomy enthusiasts. With careful attention to the design and functionality of the space, Origen offers a unique gastronomic experience in a welcoming environment.
