The Proposed SJ Nexus Smart City will start of with a Phase One 121-hectare premier smart township strategically located in the heart of Bulacan, envisioned to be the Philippines’ leading eco-health
tourism and luxury lifestyle hub. Designed with 6G technology integration, AI-driven infrastructure, and world-class sustainable architecture, the development combines
urban sophistication with the tranquility of a preserved rainforest environment.
