Architecture is more than building; it is a reflection of culture, emotion, and intention. In designing OxA Residence, our approach was guided by a deep commitment to human-centered living, environmental sensitivity, and the creation of meaningful connections—between people, between spaces, and with nature.
In a rapidly expanding city like Tirana, where modern life leaves little time for pause, people have slowly lost their sense of connection. They have forgotten the importance of stopping, breathing, and simply being. That sense of belonging and comfort—only a true home can offer. As architects, we take it as our responsibility to deliver exactly that.
From its open, human-centered design to its commitment to public space, OxA offers its residents a new sense of freedom—freedom to connect, to build relationships, and to experience social life through green courtyards, neighborhood parks, and pedestrian-friendly streets.
The architecture of Oxa draws direct inspiration from the organic rhythms of nature. The spatial composition prioritizes light, air, and openness, ensuring that every dwelling feels closely connected to the natural environment. Materials are chosen with care—both sustainable and tactile—blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Nature is not just a backdrop, but a central character in the experience of living here.
The project embraces a landscape-driven approach, where architecture and greenery coexist in harmony. Visual corridors are open toward Mount Dajti, bringing the mountain into the everyday life of residents.
Its location—just 20 minutes from Tirana’s center and 10 minutes from the Unaza e Madhe ring road—offers an ideal balance between urban accessibility and peaceful retreat.

The Oxa Residence, a three-story residential building, embodies a contemporary approach to sustainable architecture within an urban context. From concept to completion, every aspect of the project was developed with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, durable materials, and enhancing the well-being of its residents.
In this design, nature is not merely an aesthetic reference but an integral part of the architectural vision. Large openings, optimal orientation, and integrated green spaces create a harmonious dialog between interior living and the outdoor environment, improving both natural lighting and passive ventilation.
A key feature that reflects this sustainable philosophy is the use of eco-friendly mineral paint from the renowned German company KEIM. This paint not only offers long-lasting durability and a refined architectural finish, but is also environmentally safe and health-conscious. With its natural composition and exceptional resistance to weather conditions, KEIM products align perfectly with the values of sustainable building that Oxa aims to represent.
