The design approach for this commercial office interior project was developed to support an efficient and productive space through providing a positive work environment that promotes collaboration whilst reinforcing the corporate brand's identity as a productive, efficient company with a clear and modern aesthetic.
Soudha Group worked to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the available space by including architectural features that could increase the amount of natural light that would enter the building, as well as an emphasis on providing areas for collaborative and team-based projects as well as providing private areas for independent work.
Working within the limits of the urban office footprint, the design approach places a strong emphasis on creating an open circulation path throughout the interior of the office building while including ergonomic workstations, integrate technology and creating a comfortable and visually sophisticated design.
A professional atmosphere that includes neutral colours, quality materials, and lighting elements that have been placed to enhance the ability to focus and create. The interior layout has been functionally divided into client reception (40%), collaboration (30%), private meeting space (20%) and individual work area (10%) with each zone being created to optimise the specific use of space while working toward achieving a harmonious feeling in the overall space. The finishes and built-in furniture selections are all durable and easy to maintain, making the overall appearance of the commercial office interior as long-lasting and ready for the future.
