The design approach focused on balancing soft textures with durable surfaces, combining high-quality stair carpets for comfort and acoustic softness with contemporary luxury vinyl tile (LVT) to introduce warmth, resilience, and visual flow across living spaces.

Neutral tones and timber-inspired finishes were selected to complement natural light and establish a timeless interior foundation. The project prioritised precision installation, material longevity, and seamless transitions between areas, ensuring the flooring not only elevates the overall design language but also supports everyday practicality.

Particular attention was given to circulation zones such as the staircase, where the carpet not only provides safety and underfoot comfort but also acts as a visual connector between floors.
