The specific context of Cheong Na District directly becomes the main strategy of the design of the tower for a new experiences and entertainment. Just imagine the majestic sunset seen from another ‘ocean’ at the height of 450m. Moreover, the surroundings and environment of Cheong Na District, such as the change of temperature, intensity and direction of wind, spectacle migration of birds, long range view towards the Incheon International Airport and the city being developed, all together, will provide people with special experience. Through the re-generated space responding to such beautiful atmosphere, people would be able to enjoy and remember this tower at the height of 450m.

At the ocean 450m above ground, visitors on the ferry could take a fantastic view, or become buried in meditation, or probably confess their ardent love at beautiful sunset. Also, they can participate in a festival celebrating the last day of the year and the New Year’s Day. In addition, a majestic scene performed by the myriad migratory birds flying toward Siberia could be observed through the natural screened tower frame.
The sharp temperature change of land and air in Cheong Na District causes various dew points, and this creates a 450m high-mist in the city when it touches the water on the top of the tower. The tower makes a new atmosphere; a huge beacon formed by the dispersion of fog particles to the artificial lights project on them. This extraordinary urban scenery becomes a new media shining human festivals, like waterworks, instead of fireworks.
