Beymen Campus Offices

Led by Architects Yudum Boytorun and Semih Boytorun, Boytorun Architecture revitalized the eight-story Beymen Campus Offices located in Sarıyer, Istanbul, each floor having a base area of 1,063 sqm, through a new design approach that integrates flexible working systems, technological solutions, social spaces, and the corporate identity of the brand.
Following preliminary assessments, the team adopted a holistic approach to address several physical challenges such as lack of acoustic comfort in the open office layout, insufficient individual and shared working areas, the need for meeting rooms and social spaces, and inadequate lighting and storage. In addition to integrating modular space solutions like mini meeting booths and phone cabins, acoustic comfort was improved with felt panels to enhance the overall interior environment.
A design language aligned with Beymen’s corporate identity was created, embracing a dynamic and sophisticated approach in the selection of colors and materials that reflect the brand’s values. Softer tones were used in focus and relaxation areas, while flexible furniture layouts emphasizing functionality were implemented in work and meeting zones.
Social and technical spaces such as the cafeteria, cloakroom, and individual workspaces were reorganized, and the terrace was reimagined as a vibrant area for social activities. By incorporating natural greenery, a sense of landscape unity was achieved, offering employees opportunities to connect with nature.
With a modern office concept that brings together different working typologies, the space offers high-quality environments where both visitors and users can fully engage with the brand, and employees' social needs are addressed. Through this transformation, Beymen not only gained a renewed physical office but also a structure that successfully embodies its corporate identity and working culture.
As a result, the Beymen Campus Offices designed by Boytorun Architecture stand as a pioneering example that adds value to the brand on both national and international levels while effectively implementing the principles of new-generation workspaces.
