In the exploration of design inspiration and the shaping of concepts, the exquisite structure of the purlins of the classic architecture "Beijing Forbidden City" and the tranquility of Jinan Daming Lake's still water are extracted, integrating them into modern design language. By integrating and recreating these elements, high-quality materials and unique design techniques are used to interpret the luxurious experience and artistic charm with a sense of the times.
The overall spatial design adopts soothing warm grays and antique bronze as the main colors, interspersed with metal craft floor screens and distinctive landscape-textured stone materials, making the entire space more luxurious, elegant, and full of artistry. In shaping the space, we explore the Eastern aesthetic of returning to simplicity and nature, paying homage to tradition while integrating modernity, showcasing a profound sense of cultural identity. Between tranquility and fluidity, we feel the resonance of culture and spirit, striving to convey the essence of Eastern culture to the viewer, bringing them a double feast of aesthetics and spirit.
The use of natural materials not only conveys the traces of time but also possesses excellent durability. By integrating precious artifacts from abroad with old objects from Jinan's local modern times within the space, we pursue not only the continuation of materials but also pay tribute to history. Introducing non-heritage crafts such as Suzhou embroidery and lacquerware, we allow traditional handicrafts to continue in a modern context.
1. Create life scenes: Build an authentic living atmosphere that shows what you get, rather than just displaying houses, allowing people to intuitively feel the future living experience.
2. Highlight community culture: Show the unique values and cultural characteristics of the community to increase a sense of belonging.
3. Focus on spatial experience: Design creative and attractive public spaces such as art galleries and sunken lounges to enhance the feelings of people within them.
4. Integrate natural elements: Introduce green plants, water features, and other natural landscapes to make the environment more comfortable and pleasant.
5. Reduce sales traces: Abandon overly commercial display props and decorations to make the space more approachable, adding more humanized care details such as children's areas, nursing rooms, accessible restrooms, and restrooms equipped with combined automatic hand dryer faucets.
6. Emphasize functionality: Fully consider practical usage needs in the design to increase space utilization.
7. Introduce interactive elements: Set up interactive experience facilities or activities to increase interaction between people and space, such as a 16M super long LED interactive screen in the sunken lounge.
8. Personalized design: Based on project characteristics and target groups, create personalized space designs such as head SPAs, gyms, YOGA rooms, tea rooms, etc.
