Operating with an innovative perspective in the fields of architecture and interior design across office, residential, retail, and automotive sectors, Boytorun Architecture has undertaken the implementation projects, project management, and construction supervision services for Brunello Cucinelli’s new store project.

Founded by architects Yudum Boytorun and Semih Boytorun, Boytorun Architecture reinterpreted the space in line with the brand’s working culture and corporate identity. The store, which has a total floor area of 242sqm and consists of two levels ground and mezzanine, was designed with a user experience-oriented approach. Hosting both women's and men's collections, the store reflects Brunello Cucinelli’s sophisticated line that embodies a “contemporary lifestyle” philosophy. Existing spatial inadequacies were identified through detailed analyses and reorganized according to user needs. A flexible, dynamic, and technology-driven store concept was developed by enhancing various elements such as lighting, acoustics, storage solutions, and product display techniques.

Shaped with an innovative retail concept, the store is enriched with soft color tones, jute panels, wooden details, and metal accents. It was also supported with seating areas, the use of natural light, and concealed lighting to achieve both visual and functional cohesion. Natural light streaming through the atrium is complemented by wall sconces and ceiling lighting, while hidden lighting details used in dedicated display zones, such as the accessories section, bring a refined and sophisticated ambiance to the space. The chosen materials and furniture not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to acoustic quality and overall comfort.

The project offers a modern, youthful, and dynamic store atmosphere in alignment with the brand’s global vision, while also emphasizing sustainability and aesthetic values. Moving away from the conventional retail store concept, the space has been designed with a strong corporate identity and aims to serve as a model for other international stores of the brand. During the design phase, alternative scenarios were developed to enhance user-centered experience strategies, and various preliminary studies were conducted. Lighting systems, furniture, materials, and technological infrastructures were selected to reinforce the brand’s identity and value. The store stands out not only as an interior transformation but also as a brand experience project where design-driven thinking is seamlessly integrated with corporate identity. Through this innovative approach, Brunello Cucinelli brings a technological and aesthetic perspective to retail, offering a contemporary environment that places user experience at its core.
