Uptown Incek Residences Sales Office, located on a land that has the highest level in Incek region of Ankara. The project integrated horizontal and vertical lifestyles in today’s residential concept. A 36-storey tower block and a horizontal block positioned according to direction of the sun, to ensure continuous light inside the apartments. Therefore, the designers preferred to use glass both in front and back sides of the facade to reflect dominance of the sun to the visitors. At the same time, transparent glass facade used to present the perspective and the landscape. Besides, product efficiency and use of natural materials are the other remarkable features of the project.
