Panama city, central america, is a growing city that shouts in desperation for a better urban plan. This college project shares the vision of having a better city by gifting it with a plaza that sets an example of how the city could be, which is with better public spacing and an iconic building to look up to. under the plaza was placed the majority of the parking lots, something rarely done in the country. also the plaza acts as a gathering place for tourism and the folks who just want to hang out.
