The Design is an expresion of panoramic views to Sydney Harbour, sun orientation and energy efficient design. The materials used is a combination of natural stone and high end aluminium cladding for low maintenance and low degrading colour material to maintain external expresion. The social areas located on groung level are almost partition free, creating and ever flowing internal and exterior spaces inspired on Richard Neutra houses.
