As a deltaic land it has a great opportunities to explore and enjoy its rivers. But due to river erosion and annual flood we dont have interest to improve river side development. This project aims to meet the challenge to protect the erosion and flood, and at the same time give us a sustainable river side development.

The pavilion-like structures, pathways through varieties of enclosures, garden spaces, and a natural as well as sensorial ambiance, creates an ideal to display a harmonious integration of architecture and landscape. Response to climate not just climate in negative role but to provide the scope to charm at its different nuances.

The marvelous perforated shading devices allows rain and sun, gives one to wonder at the wrath and beauty of our monsoon. Varied foliage and shades of greens, numerous vistas of the river from where one charm at the kaleidoscope of natures ragas through out the different seasons.
