The idea arise from the analysis of the place to create a stronger link between the project and the surrounding environment.
This site is very unique as it spreads over a hilly ground on which the real attractions are the Cromeleque.
For the above reasons the Visitor Center is designed as a building hidden into a hill, respectful of the environment and non-invasive.
Another very important issue is the circular shape. The circumference is the representation of the enclosure.
From the study of Megalithic Enclosure stand several enclosures, which intersect with each other and for this reason the Visitor Center is the set of three circumferences interpenetrating.
The only parts of the building that are visible are the large windows, to emphasize and strengthen, even visually, the close relationship with the landmark.
The conformation of the Visitor Center allows visitors to get on the green roof, so they have a new point of view to understand the Megalithic Enclosure.
