This mix-used project locates in Ankara/ Yuva District and within the housing pattern it consists of 2 plots, one of which is street markets & home office blocks and the other is residential blocks. All of those are combined within the district fiction. 5 high-rise and 3 low-rise horizontal blocks are designed with the notions of integrity, functions, relations between residences itself and also with environment. Within the 100.000 m2 of huge open air gardens; square street, open car parking lots, walkways, bike paths, playgrounds, open sports fields, water channels, pools and etc. have been designed.
