In the space created by the two proposed residential blocks a Home Zone courtyard space is proposed. This is a shared type space and integrates a toddlers play area and two disabled parking spaces. All surfaces throughout the scheme are flush. Due to the limited potential for planting the vertical faces of walls and buildings have been used for climbing plants.
