Nobonyad Hospital

The development plan of the hospital is newly established and two other complexes. Considering the integration of the three aforementioned complexes and the fact that the hospital and the residential complex are worn out, the design of an integrated complex called the health complex to eliminate the existing shortcomings was the main demand of the employer.
The project land is located in area one of Tehran Municipality and is limited to Sanaye Street from the south, Sayad Shirazi Highway from the east, and the surrounding area from the north and west. The project land has an indeterminate geometry stretching from north to south.
Based on the various functions and methods desired by the employer to operate the complex, the project buildings were classified into three sections: medical, residential, and service. The medical ward includes a 450-bed hospital, a 200-bed hospital, the main clinic, a traditional and herbal medicine clinic, a nutrition clinic, a veterinary clinic, a pharmacy, a hydrotherapy complex, and a convalescent home. The accommodation section includes an alternative residential complex, a nursing home, and an apartment hotel, and the service section includes a gym, parking lot, kindergarten, neighborhood-scale commercial, and district-scale commercial.
In addition to meeting the functional needs of the complex, in the design of the site, attention was paid to the geometry, proportions, axes, physical determination of paths and paths in the walls, as well as it's beginning and end and the location of the building in the walls. In accordance with the zoning, the residential sections adjacent to the western wall of the area, the medical sections in the eastern part, and the service sections were located in different parts of the area in accordance with their function and audience.
