For this shopping plaza ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea sought to achieve a project that, in addition to having an efficient commercial operation, also offered warmth, composure, elegance and a good integration to its surroundings. An important aspect of the project was the design of large windows that extend the freedom of space sensation and invite the visitor to go through every space. Each area zoning answers to the overall functionality of the venue.

This shopping center was developed in two elements separated horizontally that are joined at the center by the stairs and lift core, two commercial levels and a rooftop. The project also has a basement with a 43 cars capacity parking lot and where the services and employees facilities are located.

The main access to the plaza is located on the ground floor distributing the circulation among six retail spaces located towards the principal avenue. The top floor has four retail spaces integrated by terraces that go along the main façade.

An interesting and different aspect of this kind of projects in the area is that besides harmonic and aesthetic design, it was built with systems to regulate and provide a sustainable use of water. The building also has an alternative rainwater reuse system that is treated to for toilets, cleaning, and watering. In the parking areas of the ground floor the use of ecological concrete, being 100% permeable, allows the water flow helping to recover groundwater, preventing water logging and flooding among other advantages.
