The main focus of the project was to design a villa with a strong connection to the exterior. The goal was to create personal and public spaces where you could interact, have fun or retreat.
In order to ensure integrity with structures that mimic nature with the requirements of the Modern era, we transferred the project to the design, and when we looked at the resulting result, we were happy to see that we had achieved this.
The design concept is structured around its premise that the house brings the essence of family life to the fore. It consists of 2 floors, 200 m2, floor plus an upper floor. It therefore sits harmoniously in a contoured terrain, forming a strong internal-external link. The home therefore focuses on maximizing natural lighting and is designed to suit the customer's modern lifestyle.
In this structure, which resembles a tunnel. The centrally located kitchen on the lower decks and the family room on the first floor serve as a core and link between the bedrooms and the living room. There is also a watchtower on the terrace floor for special occasions. The skylight in the central core creates a direct link between decks and adds playful drama to the spaces.
Art finds a prominent place in the villa, showing its presence from the entrance lobby. Each intervention and space planning is designed with the social life of the customer in mind. The structure is generally constructed with steel construction.
To this end, this project demonstrates both the social and special texture of a home. A different living space has been created where art, space and material quality play an important role.
