It is a tiny house located at a 14 square meter site in the middle of an old city area. The new house consists of two floors with the total floor area of 28 square meters. The ground floor accommodates a minimal kitchen, dining cum living area, and a dully-equipped bathroom. The bedroom is located on the first level and adjacent with a small terrace and a minimal balcony. The design proposed space-saving layouts with the use of multi-functional and highly flexible furniture such as the wooden staircase which is also a cabinet, space-saving folding dining table, foldable bed which becomes a relaxing sofa ehen needed, etc… The built-form was simplified with the selective use of solid walls and transparent glazing. The only feature element of the façade is a leafy pergola which protects the interior from the afternoon sun, enhances privacy and creates a landscaping space connecting with the nature in the middle of the high-density urban area.
