My Brother and his Mansion

I am Planning on making my Older Brother his Dream Mansion. I don’t know the architectural Style (except for the fact that it needs some Los Angeles Charm), all I know is that it needs to have a Recording studio, and it needs to have guest bedrooms. I also want it to have a Water Park, it’s own Equestrian Facilities for me, And Caretakers’ House. It needs to have Everything 50 Cent’s Doesn’t have, Like an Underground Bunker Network. Armory, and Whole Movie Theatre with a Screen, Stage, and Box Office.
