The Breukelen Pod Hotel reinforces and yet reimagines Brooklyn’s most iconic social space, brownstone stoop. The aggregation of units creates an unprecedented public space that elevates the guests and visitors to experience the canal waterfront in a new way.
The modules are the full width of a tower. This allows for an easy stacking method which begins to recede in order to accommodate zoning regulations. Within each module is a mix of one the hotel units, corridors, and patio spaces. Each module will be fabricated off-site and delivered prepped for installation.
