A precedent for condominium living in Delhi-NCR

The Indian residential real estate market has undergone a significant transformation in the wake of the pandemic, particularly in terms of design and demand. Initially, it was believed that the prolonged lockdown and financial constraints would result in a slowdown in housing purchases. However, the opposite has occurred, with a surge in demand for luxury housing and larger living spaces. People have come to understand the importance of a comfortable and functional home, not just for living, but for work as well.

Delhi-NCR, including the area along NH 24, has seen a rise in demand for luxury housing. Aditya World City, a development promoted by Agarwal Associates Limited, which was originally planned for affordable and mid-luxury housing, has also experienced a gap in the luxury housing market. To address the need for the luxury housing segment, the Resort has been envisaged as a low-rise premium luxury housing project located in the heart of Aditya World City. The Resort is situated on a 3.5-acre plot along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and is a 25-minute drive from Connaught Place, Delhi.
