Coming from indonesian architect in the late of 2021, the project has released to encore the list of international competition to represent the indonesian archipelago, a sea centre appears and ﬂoats to create the synergize context with the ecological footprint and circular economic model of flores island to oﬀer marines activities and adventures that stimulate the heterogenous vista through dynamic, interactive, and representative marine architectural programs and designs for sustainable civilization towards an exoticism movement series of the blue vista.

Supported by complementary aspects including the future development as a gap of the blue-showcase that balanced the window of knowledge, culture, economic, and environment. This strategy responds to and promotes the exoticism and uniqueness of flores ocean today and in the future (below the sea level of labuan bajo's sea) which forms four cycles; (1) understanding, (2) valuing, (3) caring, and (4) enjoying to encourage the idealistic ambition of a sea centre design that has the context towards natural rhythm that will aﬀect the attractions and amenities without modifying the landscape or marine biota need to be linked with the carrying capacity concept that measures the level of visitor usage to ensure sustainable development - apply multi-level management approaches within the level of visitors and their activities in a tourism area to organize the boundaries that are adjusted and acceptable with the surrounding. Maintain a low impact on the intensity of space utilization around the area to optimize sustainable designs and its conservation of the marine habitat.
