The project’s aim is to integrate nature with modern commercial architectural buildings through organic design with the
circular design approach. Using Recycled glass, recycled aluminum, recycled palm strips, and reused wood to reduce the
cost of the building and interior design materials in an aesthetic and functional way to spread the concept and support
sustainability in building systems. The location of the project has a sunny summer climate, and a rainy winter climate, and
to benefit from the environmental condition the building is provided with a solar system to maintain clean energy usage
while collecting rain water in the provided landscape with a woven steel structure multipurpose sun shade and rain water
collecting for reusing in watering the landscape is through collecting tanks under the building.
The project consists of a 2-story building containing a warehouse and an organic food market, an open bazaar zone, and an
Creating an organic design commercial sustainable zone that connects
the user to the ground, sky, and water. The design concept imitates the
tree of life form and concept with it’s religious, philosophical and visual
appearance aspects. The tree of life is an icon of rebirth, recreation, wisdom
,and immortality which is reflected on the design to spread and redirect
these beliefs In the user’s perception of nature and in turn towards his
surrounding environment. through circular design approach (recycling and
reusing materials) Integrated with the modern building technologies.
