7W57 is a boutique condominium of fifteen floor-through smart-home residences housed within a 20-story jewel box building designed by luxury architecture firm Hill West Architects. Portraying a cantilevered front and rear façade, the 237-foot-tall building presents a luminous pearlescent disposition through a glowing metal and glass hybrid curtain wall. The predominately glass façade is further articulated by horizontal stainless-steel reveals and the sides of the building don a façade system of translucent glass channels that give the building further texture and character. Contemporary in design, 7W57’s elegant architecture pays homage to the city’s finest mid-century buildings.

Located on an iconic New York City street defined by supertall towers and known as Billionaires’ Row, 7W57 offers a highly crafted residential living experience at a more intimate scale.
