It is a structure that takes advantage of the site being next to the existing office building. Addressing the needs of the modern day architectural office as well as fitting to the name of the historical street that it is located on were the main objectives.

It fully takes advantage of the natural ventilation, constant natural light and the facade aesthetics that is permitted by it being a fully detaced structure.
It is made up of six floors with two basement levels (1 partly above ground), ground floor level, two open office working levels and a roof level. In order to address the parking needs a vehicle lift has been integrated in to the project.
Low maintenance and durable facade material, textured precast panel and aluminium comfort joinery have been used in the making of the facade. Metal cladding have been chosen for the roof.
The building hosts 3 meeting rooms of different sizes adding up to 100 sqm, 215 sqm of open office space, roof level library and the model workshop, archives and recreation areas in the basement floors with a landscape that is sensitive to the existing surrounding.
