Murree is a hill station in Pakistan. The only public place here is the Mall road. Over the years, this has lead to traffic chaos and crowded tourist amenities. This has proven tough to handle for the government authorities.
The solution to this situation is to create public engagement places within the proximity of Murree and bypassing the busy Mall road. The site is one such opportunity.

2014

The project cost is 167 M. The government has a plan to buy Mall road property and develop it in public. This project is bound to pull people from Mall road, which will result in a reduction of Mall road property price by 20%. This will reduce the illogical estimated buying price of 3000M for Mall road property.
The old embassy building to be refurbished and reused as a restaurant. The other structure of the site will be replaced by a library.
