The project deals with revamping of an old industrial run down shed facing the main National Highway.
The challenge was to create an iconic landmark retail space with modern striking architecture integrated within the old structural steel building system.
The shed has undergone a complete transformation with respect to its form, aesthetics and functionality.
The large openings allow ample light into the showroom and give a good view for the display from the road-side.
The windows have glass with low-e coated glass panels which reduce the heat from entering the building.
The surrounding area is well landscaped with local trees and vegetation thus reducing the heat around the structure.
The façade gives a modern cutting edge and elegant appearance to the otherwise mundane appearing shed building.

The total plot area is 3808 sq.m with a built up of 1062 sq.m.
Use of Glass and Aluminium Composite Panels is done to create a completely modern Sculpted form.
