The vision for the proposed design of IT Incubation Centre is to conceive an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre which is futuristic in its functional performance capacity as well as possesses a significant architectural language and at the same time is path-breaking in the legacy of office building designs in India.
The Architecture of the It Tower aims to bring the 3 ’C’s viz. Corporate Governance, Climate responsive and Culture under one roof which will not only be visible in its physical form but also the kind of workability, atmosphere and social image it is going to harness.
To generate a design response which is strongly contextual to the site, to the planning principles of Visakhapatnam.
Create an architectural design relevant to the purpose of the building – becomes an Icon built in the 21st Century for APIIC.
To create a facility fully responsive to the needs & function of the IT building complete with state of the art security.
To create an Environment within an Environment – demonstrate an Environmentally responsible Architecture which sets an example to be successfully followed.
The model “LINEAR PARK” showcases APIIC IT Office Buildings are arranged in linear fashion, delivering a large landscaped green.
The axial planning gives it a majestic feel.

A prime land parcel of 4 acres has been allotted to develop an “IT Incubation Centre” of APIIC in Plot no. 16 & 17 at Hill No.3, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. The said IT Tower, having an area of about 3,00,000 sqft approx, shall have offices for Start Up companies or Pilot Incubators, for SMEs, conference halls, cafeteria and other utilities, all of which are to work and communicate coherently with each other besides maintaining their individual significance.
