Central Park – Buenos Aires, Argentina
Located on “9 de julio highway”, neighborhood of Barracas in Capital Federal. The project included the complete renovation of an existent concrete structure originally built as a residential building and the construction of a new structure added to the existing one. The result is an unified and easily recognizable building that hopes to become a new landmark in a developing neighborhood.
The project incorporates as artistic motif an urban mural on the building´s façade by the artist Perez Celis.
