The residential project is also for Mrs. Fazeli sisters located in Behshahr, Mazandaran, Iran. This project is located in the best place of Behshahr city and Fazeli sisters referred to our studio in the skeletal stage and we had to design based on the existing conditions. Certainly it's hard to design in this stage but I can say we tried to do our best to offer our best to them. Designing process had many challenges and I think we were able to overcome all of them and prepare a good façade design for them. In fact, the satisfaction of the employer is proof of this statement.
The predominant material of the project is exposed concrete, and we used metal with green plant cover to make it more eco-friendly. As all of you know, today the biggest challenge in the world is air pollution. Using green cover to design buildings can be a small help in solving this problem.
as you can see in the pictures we mostly used white color for this residential building so that each observer can feel freshness and beauty of this color that shows cleanliness and freshness.
The area is 230 meters for each floor and each floor has a balcony for about 8 meters.
This project's name is Neighbor because our employers were two sisters that wanted to have a residential building for themselves.
Facing with challenges is one of the basic tasks for an architect and I guess and as a small member of the architectural community I have done my job well in facing with this challenge.
