A single storied residence in Gurgaon needed an expansion to accommodate the privacy needs and an office space. The extension was demanded as a first floor residential space and an office space at the top which had a flexibility to be converted as an occasional party space as well.

The site offered a huge open space at the back and a quiet neighborhood. This further helped to make the site more inviting as there was no walled boundary required in the front. Moreover, the north facing bedrooms at the rear had a pleasing view from their large window openings.
