the 20 storey five star hotel and 16 storey office tower joined by 4 storey podium of retail and hotel public amneties, located in the heart of salmiya shopping district comanding a vantage view of the urban water front.

the two towers of hotel and office are each articulated distinctly and separately and yet joined with a masif free form curved blade created a volume at the base as a podium {retail and hotel services}. the office externally articulated facade of horizontal fins protect it from sun glare of the harsh climate.the hotel has a recessed, the intention is to provide
balconies for percentage of hotel rooms a respite from the “indoor environment” an important gesture in the middle east where the outdoor environment is often forgotten.
