The allocated area for the project was used as a chaotic parking. The task of the architects was to create a space for general use, for leisure activities and for car maintenance. Considering that there are a lot of high-rise residential buildings in the district and problems with parking spaces, we decided not to clean the parking. Were thought out a new ennobled parking spaces with the security of territory and installed electric stations for electric cars. On the rest of the territory located a restaurant and nearby to it a large recreation area with a playground, a deteyling center and a car wash.
