rolexreplica.is Meet Tomorrow-NetZero Residential

As the world population grows, increased demand for building construction and home appliances results in a large amount of energy consumption. Looking at newly built apartments in Montreal, very little is done to align the design of these buildings with new sustainable technological innovation. Hence, to relieve the intense between human beings and nature, we mainly focus on establishing net-zero residential, which is able to transfer the generation of power away from polluting conventional plants into local, more sustainable, and clean methods. Meanwhile, we combine the theme of green with the net-zero residential, make it not only a sustainable machine but also a vertical garden, a lively sustainable community.

We started by exploring how the building geometry could be determined by the sun and wind study of the site based on the knowledge of the passive energy system. We also adopted Green Technology to the building, such as floating green terraces of units. Additionally, we would like to make the public green space visually coherent with the originally existing landscape. Eventually, the residential includes two buildings connected with a garden bridging and a central courtyard on the ground floor. Equal importantly, we incorporated renewable energy through the forms of BIPV positioned in the southern facade, BAPV, and wind generator installed on the rooftop. According to the calculation, the total average electricity produced by the residential contributes to covering up to 99% of the total energy consumption.
