Luckhnow is an old traditional city of India. At the time of partition many Muslims migrate to Pakistan, left their relatives, homes, lands and belongings. In the newly born state of Pakistan, they have only their customs, traditions and their traditional food in their senses. Mr. Usman and Mr. Noman are respected clients who initiate this idea and want to introduce a completely diverse environment in Pakistan.
The concept of generating their old time spatial memory is to revive through the food, in the mega city of Karachi, Pakistan. This concept is a backbone of the project. "Luckhnow Restaurant" is ideally designed on the parameters of Luckhnow architecture, their sense of jafferies, arches, lights and whole impact of Luckhnawi Nawabs and their palaces. Two plots are amalgamated timely. The first plot is designed only on the interior theme; the walls are articulated with wooden ornamented arches. The arches do not have any access to the other place so arches are designed with wooden classical jafferies. The lighting ambiance is given by hanging lights on each table; the design of light is like an old classical theme of lanterns which lightened up with warm light. The other plot is designed on the idea of outdoor garden, with outdoor furniture ambiance.
The main stream of restaurant is their food and its taste with its ambiance. The restaurant have wide variety of food which is not only composes on traditional food but also the recent dishes of Luckhnow.
The clientele of restaurant is highly impressed by the food and ambiance. Many of the old migrated families love to bring their loved ones and their family member for dine in and enjoy their time.
