The design was made to show a unique character to boutique .
It was clients requirement to arrange the building in such a way so that it will become a landmark within the locality .
The design shows the dignity of the Area as it is in centre most area of the Railway Road and a prestigious market place of Rohtak .

Wind Pressure of the area is little higher as the front street is narrow so the design of glazing was made on the higher side.

Granite was pasted over the MS Frame with the help of wooden board in between.
The External weather Proof texture paint reflects the Saree Pattern of Silk Cloth and Golden petals express the feeling of Happiness and freedom .
It gives the feeling of Grandness and freedom altogether.

The combinations of the colours highlighted the building and the image of the building as earlier it was not in appropriate condition .

Black Granite was used specifically to make the building look bold and shows a symbol of Grandness and Royalty.
