5 service apartments including 3 two bedroom and two studio apartments located at Kochi, Kerala, India. The work under construction is built in Tropical Modern style with functionality given most prominence.The external and internal spaces are merged and landscape including vertical gardening is designed. Rainwater harvesting and waste water recycling is done on the site. Materials used for walls are brick, Wienerberger hollow clay blocks. The open planning gives space efficiency. Subtle colours in the interior to contrast bright coloured furniture intended for the interior.
