The project is designed with a sustainable approach in Dubai that can meet environmental standards. In designing the project in various forms, we have tried to use sustainable and environmentally friendly energies, solar water heaters, photovoltaic systems and aggregates. Surface water treatment for irrigating green spaces is one of the technologies used in this project.
In this project, for the comfort of the residents and their need to have green spaces in life in different floors, terraces have been allocated for green space to be used by residential sections. The focus of these green spaces is on one floor and not on all floors. It requires less energy and less energy to maintain and care for the plants, as well as the establishment of these green spaces in a centralized way, which allows them to be used in these areas as a gathering space and Established group communication and interaction for families in neighboring units.
Other features of this project include the placement of parking units on the negative floors and commercial units suitable for responding to residential units on the middle floors, so that these two-story towers alone meet the needs of their residents without the need for It takes out the space.
The design of these towers uses the concept of fluidity and the movement of sand waves and deserts. The fluid is also used in the design of the project plan site.
A photovoltaic shell has been used on various parts of the tower's body to balance the sun's rays, which hit the building's body, in addition to generating electricity for residents.
