A major developer from Hong Kong in Shanghai commissioned me to suggest improvements to the already completed Phase I which would generate more public activity and interest for the future Phase II, located accross the street. Improvement areas included signage, entries, entire floor plans, lighting, facades and facade details, a hotel lobby and their own office.
