The house is nominated to : "The Oslo Price of Architecture" 2019.
The concept is a synthesis of bringing difficult landscape and regulation factors together.
The factors being a river, with prohibitions to build closer than 100 meters, and the partly closed river/stream, that I found important to open up, and bring the stream into the project as an important feature.
The garage and the house are connected with a bridge floating over the landscape.
To emphasise the dialog between the woodland and the house, the back part is lifted from the ground on stilts (in dialog with the trees). The theme of the bridge is carried through the house.
