Madinah Community Development Center

Madinah Community Development Center that focuses on developing and enhancing Madinah’s community. By reaching each individual. family and neighborhood to open new opportunities while building a better and powerful generation.

The project includes:
- Library
- Learning center
- Co-working spaces
- Multipurpose hall
- Plaza that gathers all the community.

Project Goal:
to provide different opportunities and activities while promoting a direct dialogue, sharing of skills, and a meaningful relationship between the education, business, and cultural sectors.

Project Objectives:
Cultural:
Achieve one of the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 regarding creating a vibrant society.
Facilitate cultural events and activities, such as exhibitions, competitions.

Educational:
The project aims to increase the quality of knowledge in the community.
Give opportunities to people to undertake with both education and experience.

Environmental:
Provide more outdoor green areas to be used.
Instead of constructing temporary structures to host events, authorities and organizing
companies can use the facilities that are available on site.

Economical:

Social:
Increase communication and collaboration community.
Discover the talents and abilities of the citizens and open opportunities for them.
Provide spaces where the community can socialize and be entertained. That Include different demographics, age groups, and abilities.

The Project is Located in AlMadinah AlMunawarah, Saudi Arabia. surrounded by two main roads: King Abdullah Road (2nd ring) which is connected to all the city and King Fahad road which is directly connected to AlHaram Alnabawi.
Land Area: 12,500 m2
Built-up Area: 8000 m2

Concept:
As Muslims we know that we were created by Allah and we eventually will return to Allah again as mentioned with the Holy Quran: (إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون) and whoever our journey in life will be, we always develop in different ways this is our human nature. The community development is part of the Madinah community’s journey that can help them to develop and enhance their educational, social, and cultural aspects. While looking to Ohoud mountain that is from heaven as said: عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه أنَ رسول الله صلَى الله عليه وسلَم قال:(( جبل أحد جبل يحبنا ونحبه وهو من جبال الجنة، فإذا جئتموه فكلوا من شجره، ولو من عضاهه)). That reminds us of our main goal which is heaven in the Afterlife.
