Urban Gardens

The residential building is meant to be located in the new airport city of Valdebebas, an urban project in the north of Madrid.

The aim of this residential project is to provide to the user the green environment and the experience of living in a house with garden that they can not have in the city center, but in a multi-unit houses complex. Enhancing then the positive things of both ways of living in just one.

The terraces with gardens provide to the neighbours private spaces to enjoy intimately, and common places such as the swimming pool, to be used just by members of the community.
