A new place for culture. The new building is divided basically for the materials utilized in showing outward to the city. A golden tower (18 meters) and a dark gray metalic facade for the rest of the building.

The atrium is extended outside, with a big covering that is the prolongation of the same walls.

Inside the program is very simple, it is all developed on one floor, excepting WC and a small bar in the underground level, together with technical rooms. The careful design of details, in a modern art-deco style make the experience of enjoying culture unique.
