Renewable energy source: solar energy, water energy.

SUN: about 70% area of the building is facing to the sun. Solar enery is gained through solar collection panels which are located on the roof, overwise rest of the slanting roof facades are caverd by dark fibre cement panels wchich are warmer by sun. Flat róof is caverd by grass - it makes reducing heat loss to the environment. The building form is created like sun goes on the sky to provide maximum solar energy.
WATER: turbine under water is like small hydroelectric power station which could gives energy to the boat and car.
Excess of energy will be sell to the cities energy mains.

SUSTAINABLE FEATURES:

-natural, local materials (short, cheap transport routes)
-easy to repair, recyclable;
-green roof with nature vegetation,
wooden walls for natural climate outside and inside the
