The approach to the architectural project was, to create a light open plan living space, whilst promoting Inside/outside space. The contrasting relationship between the materials and subtle tones within the house create an exciting spatial relationship throughout . The void around acts not only as a large light mass, but also encourages natural continuity of the house. Bringing light into this plot was an important and constant consideration, the intention to create a common theme throughout the house, an open house on light.
